I am having a bit of a bad day dealing with the issues that visit all women “of a certain age.” (I'll spare you the details) I am at a loss as to how to deal with it all, so I sent up urgent prayers for God to intervene. As usual, He intervened in a way I wasn't expecting. I came across some words that really have nothing to do with what I am going through...but they spoke to my core and they comforted me. I thought I would share them with you, too, in the hopes that they light a spark in you as they did in me:
If you’re not ready to begin moving towards your dreams, take a small step anyways. If you’re scared, don’t feel like it, don’t have time or anyone to encourage or support you, take it anyways. And if you’re stuck and confused and just don’t know what you should do, please just take a small step in what might be the right direction anyways. Take it so tonight when you’re getting ready for bed, you’ll be at least one step ahead from where you are right now.
